Amanda has over 18 years of experience practicing complex commercial litigation. Her law practice has spanned the areas of general commercial defense litigation, high-volume banking litigation for clients including Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Chase, with a proven track record of dismissal a the 12(b)(6) level, contract law, corporate law (including corporate re-organizations, mergers & acquisitions and complex corporate litigation), real property litigation (including boundary disputes and zoning matters) and bankruptcy.
Amanda is the proud mother of two children, honor-students, who have been recognized locally and at the state and national levels for academic achievement, standardized testing performance, achievement in the arts, exceptional character and community service.
